01What it is
Document numbering sets how the number of each of twelve document types is built: enquiries (ZAP), quotes (WYC), jobs (ZLE), vehicle check-ins (PRZ) and handovers (WYD), work cards (KPR), requirements and orders (ZAM), scope extensions (ZAK), transport orders (HOL), tyre deposits (DEP), goods issues (WZ) and transfers (MM).
In automatic mode the number depends on the reset: yearly gives the prefix, year and a four digit number, monthly adds the month, and with no reset the number has five digits.
After the first number is issued, the mode of that document can be changed at most once every 24 hours.
- PREFIXES
- Recognise the document type by the first letters of the number.
- RESET
- Yearly, monthly or none.
- YOUR OWN PATTERN
- Tokens for prefix, workshop, date and number.

03Main options
Every document type has a prefix, a numbering mode and a preview of the next number.
A number by reset
The pattern follows the chosen reset.
- Yearly reset: prefix, year and a four digit number
- Monthly reset: prefix, year, month and a four digit number
- No reset: prefix and a five digit number

A number your way
A pattern of tokens, up to 180 characters.
- Tokens: {prefix}, {workshop}, {year}, {month}, {day}, {nr}, {nr:N}
- The pattern must contain {nr}
- A yearly reset needs {year}, a monthly one {year} and {month}
