01What it is
Data import loads customers and their cars from a CSV file: one row is a customer and optionally their car. The file can be up to 5 MB, 5,000 rows and 60 columns.
A customer already in the app (same VAT number, e-mail or phone) and a car with the same VIN or registration number are not duplicated. Import does not grant marketing consent.
Supplier price lists are imported separately, in Modules › Suppliers and catalogues › Price list import.
