01What it is
The Mivare Works licence is counted per location: you pay for every saved workshop location. The first 30 days are a trial with no card.
A licence has the statuses Trial, Active, Awaiting payment, Suspended and Ended. Payments, the card and cancellation are handled only by the account owner.
Cancelling does not stop work at once: the paid period runs to its end, the next payment is not taken and your data stays.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Sign in as the account owner and open Settings › Licence.
- STEP 2Choose Pay now. The secure payment page opens.
- STEP 3After payment the status changes to Active.
- STEP 1Choose Card and payment history.
- STEP 2Change the card in the Stripe customer portal.
- STEP 1Choose cancellation and confirm. A confirmation e-mail arrives.
- STEP 2Until the end of the paid period you work as usual, the next payment is not taken and your data stays.
- STEP 3You can withdraw the cancellation until the end of the period.
