01What it is
The activity log records changes in the app: who did which action, when, on which object and from which IP address.
The Deleted records tab shows what was deleted and when. Only the account owner sees the full content of a deleted record. Copies of deleted records are kept for 180 days.
The account owner sets how long activity entries are kept, from 30 to 180 days.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Settings › Activity log, Activity tab.
- STEP 2In the object filter pick jobs and set the dates.
- STEP 3Open the row to see the details of the change.
- STEP 1As the account owner set a period from 30 to 180 days and save.
