01 / JOBS AND SCHEDULING

One job. One workflow from enquiry to vehicle handover.

Enquiries, quotes, customer approvals, the bay schedule and settlement are all linked. Data entered at the start carries through to the later stages.

WHY IT MATTERS

Fewer verbal agreements. Full control of every job.

With a dozen or more cars a day, it is easy for the quote, the scope of work and the settlement to drift apart. Mivare Works brings order to the job workflow and to the team's responsibilities.

CHALLENGESOLUTIONRESULT

01 / SCOPE AND PRICE

Agreements with the customer in writing

A quote given over the phone and a scope widened during the repair lead to disagreements at collection.

The customer approves the quote and every extension of scope, and the approval is saved with the date and time.
02 / WORKLOAD

A bay schedule instead of guesswork

When the schedule lives outside the system, it is hard to judge whether the next car will fit in time without moving other work.

The week's work across all bays is visible on one screen.
03 / RESULT

Profitability known as you go, not after the fact

Hours and parts added after the work is finished do not always reach the settlement, and the result of the job remains an estimate.

Cost, revenue and margin are calculated as you go, from actual data.
SYSTEM FEATURES

From the first contact to vehicle handover.

Every stage of the job uses the data entered earlier. Nobody retypes information between a spreadsheet, a calendar and a job card.

ENQUIRYQUOTESCHEDULERESULT

01 / ENQUIRIES AND QUOTES

Every enquiry with a source, status and value.

Enquiries from the phone, website, online booking and social media go into one register. From them you prepare a quote from price-list items, parts and labour. The estimated cost and working hours remain visible internally only.

  • The value of open enquiries is always up to date.
  • An approved quote becomes a job with no re-entry of data.
Enquiries summary: total and open, potential value of open enquiries, number won Quote approved by the customer: photo of the car, scope of work, date and customer
02 / CUSTOMER APPROVAL

The customer's approval saved on the job.

The customer receives the quote or extension of scope by email and approves it through a link. The approval is saved with the date and time. The approvals register shows which decisions are awaiting a response, which have been accepted and which have expired.

  • You start additional work once the customer has confirmed the scope.
  • At collection, both sides refer to the same agreement.
Customer approvals register: all, pending, approved and expired
03 / BAY SCHEDULE

A garage's working week on one screen.

Each bay has its own row and each day its own column. Vehicle check-ins, inspections, workshop jobs and collections are shown alongside job tasks with their planned working hours.

  • The dates you give customers are based on actual bay occupancy.
  • Gaps in the schedule are visible in advance.
Garage planner: body and paint shop bay, appointments and work planned for the coming days of the week
04 / JOB CARD

The vehicle, scope, team and costs in one place.

The job card brings together vehicle and customer details, status, scope of work and current figures: own cost, value to the customer, margin and remaining budget. The task list assigns every activity to a person and a deadline.

  • The team works on the same, up-to-date job.
  • Progress is visible without asking around on the shop floor.

05 / JOB ECONOMICS

The result of a job, based on actual data.

Working hours, parts and materials are posted to the job as the work is carried out. Job economics sets out revenue, actual cost, margin, planned and actual working hours, and the cost of rework.

  • The profitability of every job is known before the vehicle is handed back.
  • Differences between plan and actual are visible and measurable.
