AN ADD-ON FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY

Mivi+

The Mivi assistant included with the licence summarises current work and answers questions about it. Mivi+ can also prepare documents and reports from company data, analyse information across all modules, remember earlier conversations and work with a higher usage limit.

Mivi+ is switched on during the trial. It switches off automatically when the trial ends, so you only pay if you choose to turn it on.

BILLING TERMS

Paid in advance by card. No annual contract and no notice period.

Billing cycles, first payments, cancellations and failed payments, explained with an example of the first payment.

PERIODPAYMENTCANCELLATION

Payment method: Pay by card through Stripe, including with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your first payment authorises recurring charges. You can change your card in the Licence tab of the system.
Billing cycle: Choose monthly or annual billing and pay in advance. Annual subscriptions are 15% cheaper. Select your billing cycle when you create your account.
First payment: Subscription started during the trial: the first payment, for a full period, is taken on the day the trial ends, and the next ones on the same day each month. Started after the trial: the first payment covers the days to the end of the current month, and the next ones are taken on the first day of the month.
Contract: There is no fixed-term contract. When you create an account, you accept the service terms.
Cancellation: In the Licence tab in the system, or by messaging us. The next payment will not be taken, and you can withdraw your cancellation until the end of the period. The paid period runs to its end; you can export your data from any list or as a single ZIP archive.
Adding a garage part-way through a billing cycle: The charge to your saved card covers only the time left in the current billing cycle, including on an annual subscription. The new garage is available once the payment has cleared.
Failed payment: The payment provider retries it automatically for about four weeks; you receive a notification and can change your card. For 3 days from the start of the new period the system works without restrictions, then waits for payment. Your data is kept.
