The controller of the data described in this policy is the company behind Mivare Works. This covers people who set up a garage account and use the app, billing contacts and people who contact our support team.

Your customers’ data
This policy does not cover the customer and vehicle data that a garage enters into the app. The garage is the controller of that data, and we process it on the garage’s behalf under a data processing agreement.
Who we share data with
The application runs on Contabo servers in EU data centres, email and websites are handled by OVH, and payments by the payment provider Stripe. Data reaches the provider of the Mivi assistant (Mistral AI) only in accounts where the administrator has switched it on.
Cookies and third-party services
The app uses only essential cookies: for the session, for remembering a trusted device if you ask it to, and for screen width. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Security
We encrypt connections, store passwords only as hashes, offer two-factor authentication and logically separate each garage’s data.
