Who is who
The garage is the controller of the data of its customers, their vehicles and its employees. Mivare processes this data on the garage’s behalf as a processor, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Only on your instructions
We process data only on the garage’s instructions: in line with the agreement, the app configuration and the actions of its users.
Confidentiality and security
Access to a particular garage’s data is limited to people who need it to handle a ticket, fix a fault or ensure security. Technical and organisational measures are appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
Data in Europe
We process entrusted data only within the European Economic Area. The document includes a list of sub-processors and the rules for changing them.
Breaches
We notify the controller of a personal data breach without undue delay, and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it.
End of the agreement
You can download a copy of your data in the app at any time. After the agreement ends we keep the data for 30 days so that you can export it or resume the service, and then delete it.
