Price per location
The fee is charged for each garage location per calendar month, and the rate decreases as the number of locations grows. Every subscription includes all features, with no bundles or surcharges for modules.
One extension: Mivi+
The only optional extra is Mivi+, an extension of the assistant billed together with the subscription for the whole garage account. You see the amount in the app before you confirm payment.
Card, invoices and VAT
You pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the Stripe payment provider. We issue an invoice for every payment, as a rule within 48 hours. How VAT is charged depends on the customer’s country and EU VAT status.
If a payment fails
The provider retries the card for about four weeks, and the administrator is notified of each failed attempt and can change the card. A successful payment restores access immediately.
Cancellation and price changes
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes by email.
