04 / CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

The customer has the information, and the garage has the customer's decision in writing.

Appointment booking, repair status and approval of additional work on pages that need no login. The customer does not create an account or install an app. They receive a link.

WHY IT MATTERS

Fewer phone calls with questions, more agreements in writing.

A customer who doesn't know where the repair stands will phone. A scope agreed verbally is sometimes understood differently at collection. Customer pages bring order to communication and document decisions.

BOOKINGSTATUSAPPROVAL

01 / RECEIVING THE REQUEST

The booking goes straight into the system

A request sent by email or a messaging app has to be retyped, and it is easily overlooked.

The booking form creates an enquiry in the system with the customer and vehicle details.
02 / INFORMATION

Repair status available to the customer

Questions about repair progress take up a service advisor's time and interrupt the team's work.

The customer checks the repair stage and photos on the status page whenever they like.
03 / APPROVAL

Additional work approved before it starts

Work added during a repair without confirmation is the most common cause of disputes at collection.

The customer approves or declines the additional work, and the decision is recorded with the date, time and amount.
SYSTEM FEATURES

Customer service from booking to the next visit.

Customer pages work in a phone browser and show the garage's name and contact details. Access is protected by the link and the customer's email address.

BOOKINGSTATUSREPORTREMINDER

01 / APPOINTMENT BOOKING

A booking form with the vehicle's details.

The customer enters their contact details, vehicle, preferred date and a description of the fault. The request goes into the enquiry register as new, with the source "online booking".

  • Requests made outside opening hours wait in the system, not in an inbox.
  • Vehicle details need no retyping.

02 / REPAIR STATUS

Repair stage and photos on the customer's page.

The status page shows the stages: received, in repair, ready for collection and completed, along with the job number, vehicle, planned date and photos from the repair. Access requires an email address and a registration number.

  • The customer checks progress without phoning the garage.
  • Photos document the condition of the vehicle before and after the repair.

03 / APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL WORK

The customer's decision on additional work.

When additional work comes up during a repair, the customer receives a link with a description and the amount. They approve or decline it with a single button, can add a comment, and the decision is saved with the job.

  • You start additional work only after confirmation.
  • At collection, both sides refer to the same decision.

04 / CHECK-IN REPORT

The condition of the vehicle, recorded at check-in.

On the vehicle diagram you mark scratches, dents and other damage in five views, with the damage level and photos. The customer signs the report, and at handover the same document is the point of reference.

  • The condition of the vehicle before the repair is documented.
  • The report stays in the vehicle's history for future visits.

  • The customer comes back for the next service at the garage's initiative.
  • No service date passes without contact.
