Seven stages, one source of information.

Mivare Works does not change the way a garage works. It brings order to it: data is not retyped between spreadsheets, calendars and job cards, and the team works from the same up-to-date information.

Daily dashboard

Cars in progress, jobs ready for handover, missing parts and overdue receivables are visible at the start of the day.

Enquiry

The enquiry is recorded with the car and the source. A regular customer's history, warranties included, is available immediately.

Tailored

Items from the price list, parts from stock, and labour. The customer approves the quote through a link, and the approval is saved with the date.

Vehicle check-in

Damage is marked on the vehicle diagram, with photos and a report signed by the customer. At handover, the same report is the point of reference.

Work schedule

The job goes to a bay and to a mechanic. The week's work across all bays is visible on one screen.

Change of scope

The additional item is sent to the customer for approval. Work begins once it is confirmed.

Handover and settlement

Pre-handover check, report, payment and job result: revenue, cost and margin.
