01What it is
A user is a sign-in account: first name, last name, e-mail as the login and a password. An administrator creates the account and sets the password straight away, and a new account has every module disabled until you grant permissions.
Permissions are granted per module: mobile access, daily dashboard, customers and cars, workshop, inventory, tools, suppliers and catalogues, finance and configuration. Each module has the level Edit, View or Disabled.
Role templates set permissions in one click: mechanic, service advisor, workshop manager, storekeeper, accounting and owner.
- THREE LEVELS
- Edit, view or disabled for every module.
- ROLE TEMPLATES
- Six ready permission sets.
- SAFE CHANGES
- Changing someone else's password needs your password and ends their sessions.
02What it is for
Everyone sees their own
A mechanic does not see costs, an accountant does not change jobs.
Fast onboarding
A role template gives a new person permissions at once.
Locked sign-in

Lost phone
Remove the second factor and the employee sets it up again.
