01What it is
Categories and groups are a two level classification: a category holds groups. Every area of the app has its own tree.
The areas are: jobs and quotes, parts catalogue, service catalogue, stock and consumables, tools and equipment, paint lab, work packages, suppliers, and payments and liabilities.
Categories and groups are not deleted, only archived. Switching one off does not change records that already have it, and forms offer only active categories.
