01What it is
The parts catalogue is the same product catalogue as Materials and parts in inventory. Every product has a name, group, unit, brand, variant, SKU and three prices: purchase cost, retail price and price in the job.
Purchase cost and supplier price history are visible to people with access to finance. Adding and editing products requires edit rights to inventory.
A product used in jobs, quotes, orders or stock movements cannot be deleted. Untick Active instead.
