01What it is
A price list is a discount assigned to a specific customer or to a customer group: a percentage on parts and a percentage on labour. It can run until a chosen date or indefinitely.
The discount applies when you add an item with a catalogue price to a job. Labour gets the labour discount, every other item the parts discount. A price typed in by hand stays unchanged.
The module shows in the menu in extended mode, which you switch on in Settings › Workshop.
- TWO DISCOUNTS
- A separate percentage on parts and on labour.
- CUSTOMER BEFORE GROUP
- A customer's own discount takes priority over the group discount.
- CATALOGUE UNCHANGED
- The discount changes job items, not catalogue prices.
02What it is for
Terms for fleets
A company with several cars gets a standing discount without anyone remembering it on each job.
No mistakes
The discount applies by itself to a catalogue item.
A promotion with an end date
The Valid until date ends the discount by itself.
Know why
The basis field records the agreement or reason for the discount.
03Main options
The module has a list of price lists, the price list form and the rules for applying discounts.
Who has which discount and until when
Tiles: price lists running, for specific customers, for groups, switched off or expired.
- Columns: for whom, scope, parts discount, labour discount, valid until, status

- Search by customer or group, CSV export

A discount for a customer or group
Exactly one of the two: a customer or a customer group.
- Parts discount (%) and labour discount (%), at least one above zero
- Valid until (empty means indefinitely)
- The basis and a Discount active switch

When the discount is applied
The discount works in one place: a job item with a catalogue price.
- Customer discount before group discount
- Labour: labour discount; other items: parts discount
- A price typed in by hand stays unchanged
