01What it is
An enquiry is a request from a customer who has no quote yet: contact person or company, phone, e-mail, car, source and scope of work. The customer does not need to be in the records yet.
An enquiry moves through statuses: New, Contacted, Inspection, Quote, Won or Lost. For a lost enquiry you record the reason for loss.
A booking from the workshop website, when public booking is switched on, lands here by itself as an enquiry with the Online booking source and the New status.
