01What it is
A quote is a repair proposal for a customer and their car: what will be done, for how much and how long it takes. It has a name, an expiry date and a planned lead time in working days.
Customer items are in the Materials, parts and services tab. The work plan holds time and internal cost without a price, so labour for the customer is added as a quote item.
A quote has the statuses Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected, Expired and Converted to job.
- CUSTOMER ITEMS
- Materials, parts and services with a price and a Show customer option.
- INTERNAL COST
- A work plan with hours and cost, visible only in the workshop.
