01What it is

A claim is a case handled with an insurer: claim and policy numbers, an assessor with a phone, decision status, approved amount and deductible. It can exist without a job, in which case you point to the customer's car.

The decision status is: reported, under assessment, approved, partially approved, rejected or settled. Every status change is recorded in the claim history.

PAYOUT: Approved amount minus the deductible.
