Job hours

A register of hours worked on a job: who, how many, in which rate band and on which type of work. You compare plan with actual, and the hours entered set the real labour cost and the job margin.

01What it is

Job hours are kept separately for every open job. An entry has a date, employee, rate band, work type and number of hours. Time is entered after the work is done, the app has no stopwatch.

When saved, an entry keeps the hourly cost of its band, so later rate changes do not alter old entries. External work has the subcontractor's invoice amount instead of hours.

Every entry gets a work card number with the KPR prefix.
