01What it is
The report covers jobs created in the chosen date range, except cancelled ones. A job's revenue is the actual price, or if there is none, the planned price or the total of its items. Each job shows where its amount comes from.
Cost is materials, labour and rework. Labour comes from working time entries, or without them from the plan or labour items. A job with no time entries is marked as incomplete data.
Margin is revenue minus cost, and the margin percentage is margin divided by revenue.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Reports › Jobs and profitability, Jobs tab.
- STEP 2Set the date range and sort by margin.
- STEP 3Click a job to check its items and working time.
- STEP 1Open the Breakdown tab.
- STEP 2In Dimension pick the vehicle make.
- STEP 1Jobs marked as incomplete data have no working hours entered.
- STEP 2Enter the hours in Modules › Workshop › Job hours, so labour cost is actual.
