01What it is
An order is parts ordered from a supplier for a specific job. It has a number with the ZAM prefix, items with OE number, quantity and purchase price, a supplier and an expected delivery date.
An order moves through statuses: Needed, Ordered, In transit, In stock, Fitted, and also Returned or Cancelled. The In stock status records today as the received date if it was empty.
Changing an order status does not change warehouse stock. When a part goes on the shelf rather than straight into a car, enter it with a stock correction.
