01What it is
Liabilities is the list of amounts the workshop owes suppliers for parts. You do not type them in: every parts order with an assigned supplier and the status In stock or Fitted becomes a liability.
The amount is the total of the order items: quantity times purchase price. You add the supplier invoice number, payment due date and payment date in the settle window.
A pending liability with a due date before today is shown as overdue.
- NO RETYPING
- A liability is created from the parts order when the part arrives.
- SUPPLIER INVOICE
- Invoice number and payment due date on every liability.
- DUE DATES IN VIEW
- Overdue, due and paid in separate tiles.
