01What it is
Settlements is where you close customer jobs on the money side. The list shows jobs that are ready for pickup or closed and have no settlement yet.
Mivare Works does not issue invoices or receipts. The workshop accounting software does that, for example through the national e-invoicing system. In the settlement you record the sales document number and date, and you can export the job items to that software.
Amounts are counted from the job items visible to the customer, split by VAT rate. The balance due is the gross amount minus the payments from Payments.
- CUSTOMER JOBS ONLY
- In-house projects of the workshop are not settled here.
- A NUMBER, NOT AN INVOICE
- The accounting software issues the invoice, you record its number here.
- FOR YOUR ACCOUNTANT
- CSV export: one row per item, with buyer, VAT number and VAT rate.
