01What it is
New job is a shortcut in the Modules menu, visible to people with edit rights to customers. The form opens once there are customers, vehicles and VAT rates in the app.
When a car comes for the first time and is not in the records, the Quick job on the job list is faster: the registration number and phone are enough.

No list to find
You create the job right where you are.
A budget from the start
People with access to finance enter the cost budget when creating it.

The quick action opens the same form as New job on the job list.
Customer, car, location and deadline
The job name and location are required.
- Type, start date (today by default), planned deadline
- Customer and vehicle (the car list narrows to the customer)
- Cost budget (with access to finance)
- Scope, notes for the customer, internal note
04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open the Modules menu and choose New job in the top row.
- STEP 2Enter the job name, pick the location, customer and car, and set the deadline.
- STEP 3Save, then fill in the calculation and work list in Modules › Customers › Jobs.
